Sweet & Easy Carrots

Ingredients for 2
4 Carrots, cut uniform in size
Sprinkle of sugar
Sprinkle of salt
Pat is butter (optional)
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 185.0ºF / 85.0ºC.
Put everything into a food saver bag, vacuum seal it or squeeze out the air if you’re using a zip-loc
Set time for 1 hour
Enjoy them immediately or refrigerate them and gently reheat for later.
