Ingredients
- 4 Carrots, cut uniform in size
- Sprinkle of sugar
- Sprinkle of salt
- Pat is butter (optional)
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 185.0ºF / 85.0ºC.
- Put everything into a food saver bag, vacuum seal it or squeeze out the air if you’re using a zip-loc
- Set time for 1 hour
- Enjoy them immediately or refrigerate them and gently reheat for later.
