4ea Potatoes
1/2 of whipped chive cream cheese
1/2 unsalted butter
4ea. Cloves of garlic
1/2 whole milk
2 tbs of salt
1tbs of pepper
Directions

Step 1
Cut and peel potatoes. Cut them in slices and place in water.

When potatoes are sliced put in sous vide bag.

Add garlic, butter, whipped chive cream cheese, milk, salt and pepper

Vacuum seal sous vide bag and add to water at the cooking temperature and wait 2hr.

After sous vide bath is finish give time for bag to cool down. Slightly pound the bag and mix contents for mashed potatoe consistency. After this serve and enjoy
