Ultimate Sous vide mash potatoes
Delicious Sous Vide potatoes!! Easy with a great garlic twist!

Ingredients
- 4ea Potatoes
- 1/2 of whipped chive cream cheese
- 1/2 unsalted butter
- 4ea. Cloves of garlic
- 1/2 whole milk
- 2 tbs of salt
- 1tbs of pepper
Directions
- Cut and peel potatoes. Cut them in slices and place in water.
- When potatoes are sliced put in sous vide bag.
- Add garlic, butter, whipped chive cream cheese, milk, salt and pepper
- Vacuum seal sous vide bag and add to water at the cooking temperature and wait 2hr.
Finishing Steps
- After sous vide bath is finish give time for bag to cool down. Slightly pound the bag and mix contents for mashed potatoe consistency.
