Fresh chopped mint leaves
100 ml yogurt
Spoonfull Mayonaise
Directions

Step 1
Peel the potatoes Cut large fries Frie in plenty of oil some garlic and add the herbes Provençale Allow garlic herbes oil to cool Mix garlic oil and fries Vaccuum seal in bag

Cook 1 hour at 85 C in anova sous vide water bath

Remove fries from bag and deep fry in oil till nice and crisp
