  • Thyme

  • Striploin Beef

  • Chicken Breast

  • Pepper

  • Garlic Salt

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 150.0ºF / 65.6ºC.

  • Step 2

    Set the meat for 10 min and season with garlic salt and pepper.

  • Step 3

    Sear the beef for 3 min on each side and chicken breast for 1 min using cast iron.
