I was born in Makati City Philippines. I'm currently working as Technology Consultant and living in my second home country Singapore for almost 18 years now. I got my love and passion for cooking from my Mom and my Wife. Since then I prepared home cooked meals for my family and friends during th,e weekends or if there is any occasions . I got my inspirations and influence from several well known chefs like Chef Bruce Lim, Sandy Daza, Gordon Ramsey, Jamie Oliver, The late Anthony Bourdain, Chef Wan,etc.
