  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 150.0ºF / 65.6ºC.
  2. Set the meat for 10 min and season with garlic salt and pepper.
  3. Sear the beef for 3 min on each side and chicken breast for 1 min using cast iron.
