Sous Vide 'Cold' Brew Coffee

Ingredients for 6
1/2 cup fresh coarse ground coffee
4 cups water
Set Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 150°F / 65.5°C.
Combine 1/2 cup coffee and 4 cups water, split between two mason jars or a large glass jug. Tighten lids with fingertips, careful not to over tighten.
Place in water bath for two hours.
When the time goes off, remove jars from bath and filter coffee through standard coffee filter into a large jug. Store for up to 10 days in the refrigerator.
