1 lb thick cut bacon

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 150ºF / 65.6ºC

Step 2
Place bacon in resealable ziplock bag or vacuum bag

Place in water bath and sous vide 8-12 hours

Heat cast-iron skillet or griddle over high heat.

Remove bacon from bag. Pat dry, and separate strips.

Sear bacon for 1 minute per side to crisp up and serve.
