  • 1/2" thick cut bacon

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 155ºF / 68.3ºC

  • Step 2

    Place THICK slices of bacon into vacuum bag or resealable ziplock bag.

  • Step 3

    Sous vide for 36 hours.

      Heat pan over medium heat.

    • Step 1

      Remove bacon from bags, pat slices dry.

    • Step 2

      Add bacon to pan and sear each side for 30-45 seconds, until crispy.
