Sous Vide 36-Hour Bacon

Imagine 10 slices stacked on top of each other. This is bacon. Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 155ºF / 68.3ºC
  2. Place THICK slices of bacon into vacuum bag or resealable ziplock bag.
  3. Sous vide for 36 hours.

Finishing Steps

  1. Heat pan over medium heat.
  2. Remove bacon from bags, pat slices dry.
  3. Add bacon to pan and sear each side for 30-45 seconds, until crispy.
