Ingredients for 2

  • Chopped potatoes or yams. (Yams are softer so take less time to cook.)

  • Salt & pepper

  • Chopped fresh thyme leaves

  • Chopped fresh rosemary

  • Bit of butter

  • Seal in bag, place in sous vide.

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 195.0ºF / 90.6ºC.

  • Step 2

    Chop potatoes or use whole baby potatoes.

  • Step 3

    Add herbs, salt, butter, pepper to bag of potatoes.

  • Step 4

    Submerge in sous vude

      Pour contents of bag into serving bowl.
