Ingredients
- Chopped potatoes or yams. (Yams are softer so take less time to cook.)
- Salt & pepper
- Chopped fresh thyme leaves
- Chopped fresh rosemary
- Bit of butter
- Seal in bag, place in sous vide.
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 195.0ºF / 90.6ºC.
- Chop potatoes or use whole baby potatoes.
- Add herbs, salt, butter, pepper to bag of potatoes.
- Submerge in sous vude
- Pour contents of bag into serving bowl.
- Easy, easy, easy!
