Ingredients for 8

  • 6 Cucumbers

  • 8 Cups of Vinegar

  • 8 Cups of Water

  • 1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 1/2 cup salt

  • 1 pack of Dill

  • 1 Garlic

  • 3 Habaneros

  • 1 red onion

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140ºF / 60.0ºC

  • Step 2

    Add garlic, onion, dill, habaneros and cucumbers to jars.

  • Step 3

    Pour in brine to each jar

  • Step 4

    Seal jars

  • Step 5

    Add to Sous Vide bath

      The flavor is the best after letting them sit for about 3 days
