Ingredients
- 6 Cucumbers
- 8 Cups of Vinegar
- 8 Cups of Water
- 1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 cup salt
- 1 pack of Dill
- 1 Garlic
- 3 Habaneros
- 1 red onion
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140ºF / 60.0ºC
- Add garlic, onion, dill, habaneros and cucumbers to jars.
- Pour in brine to each jar
- Seal jars
- Add to Sous Vide bath
