  • 3-4 large Russet potatoes

  • 1 stick butter

  • Salt

  • White pepper

  • 1 cup heavy cream

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 194ºF / 90.0ºC

  • Step 2

    Peel potatoes and slice into thick rounds

  • Step 3

    To vacuum seal bag add all ingredients

  • Step 4

    Cook until potatoes are soft 30-40 mins
