  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 194ºF / 90.0ºC
  2. Peel potatoes and slice into thick rounds
  3. To vacuum seal bag add all ingredients
  4. Cook until potatoes are soft 30-40 mins

Mash

  1. Pass potatoes through a fine mess sieve into a bowl and fold only until incorporated
