Ingredients for 1

  • Leak 500g

  • Potato 500g

  • Onion 250g

  • 1 Stock cube (vegetable)

  • 300ml water

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 180ºF / 82.2ºC

  • Step 2

    Roughly dice vegetables and place in a vac bag or large food bag with a stock cube Add 300ml of water

  • Step 3

    Seal either with your vacuum sealer on a 'moist' setting or using water submersion, be careful to not allow any extra water in though.

    • Finishing Steps

    • Step 0

      If blending, empty content into a suitable container and blend until smooth

    • Step 1

      Serve with a swirl of cream and coarse ground pepper. FYI, you don't need a spoon if you have enough bread
