Ingredients for 3
One Zucchini or medium Calabash
4 table spoon sugar (according to your taste)
4 table spoon powder milk (Nido)
Cardamom powder
2 tea spoon nutmeg
4 tbsp milk
A little cheese
Salt as you like
For garnish use few cashew nuts.
1 table spoon ghee instead of oil

Step 1
Peel the zucchini and shred in a shredder

Add rest of the ingredients and mix it well.

Put them into a sous-vide bag and seal it.

Now put into the water bath and cook 25 minutes in 80°C.

After 25 minutes take it out and garnish with few nuts. I used cashew nuts.
