Ingredients for 3

  • One Zucchini or medium Calabash

  • 4 table spoon sugar (according to your taste)

  • 4 table spoon powder milk (Nido)

  • Cardamom powder

  • 2 tea spoon nutmeg

  • 4 tbsp milk

  • A little cheese

  • Salt as you like

  • For garnish use few cashew nuts.

  • 1 table spoon ghee instead of oil

Directions

  • Step 1

    Peel the zucchini and shred in a shredder

  • Step 2

    Add rest of the ingredients and mix it well.

  • Step 3

    Put them into a sous-vide bag and seal it.

  • Step 4

    Now put into the water bath and cook 25 minutes in 80°C.

      After 25 minutes take it out and garnish with few nuts. I used cashew nuts.
