Ingredients

  1. Peel the zucchini and shred in a shredder
  2. Add rest of the ingredients and mix it well.
  3. Put them into a sous-vide bag and seal it.
  4. Now put into the water bath and cook 25 minutes in 80°C.

Finishing Steps

  1. After 25 minutes take it out and garnish with few nuts. I used cashew nuts.
