Ingredients
- One Zucchini or medium Calabash
- 4 table spoon sugar (according to your taste)
- 4 table spoon powder milk (Nido)
- Cardamom powder
- 2 tea spoon nutmeg
- 4 tbsp milk
- A little cheese
- Salt as you like
- For garnish use few cashew nuts.
- 1 table spoon ghee instead of oil
Directions
- Peel the zucchini and shred in a shredder
- Add rest of the ingredients and mix it well.
- Put them into a sous-vide bag and seal it.
- Now put into the water bath and cook 25 minutes in 80°C.

Finishing Steps
- After 25 minutes take it out and garnish with few nuts. I used cashew nuts.
