  • 1 to 3 dozen eggs

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 185.0ºF / 85.0ºC.

  • Step 2

    Carefully drop the eggs in the pre-heated water

  • Step 3

    Remove the eggs after 25 minutes with a ladle, tongs or slotted spoon.

    • Step 0

      Remove the eggs and submerge in a cold water bath until cool enough to touch. Place back in carton and refrigerate until needed or peel and prepare your favorite recipe.
