Hard boiled whites with a firm but creamy yolk. Perfect for dietary reasons, deviled eggs or to just enjoy. Very easy to peel once cooled.

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 185.0ºF / 85.0ºC.
  2. Carefully drop the eggs in the pre-heated water
  3. Remove the eggs after 25 minutes with a ladle, tongs or slotted spoon.

  1. Remove the eggs and submerge in a cold water bath until cool enough to touch. Place back in carton and refrigerate until needed or peel and prepare your favorite recipe.
