- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 185.0ºF / 85.0ºC.
- Carefully drop the eggs in the pre-heated water
- Remove the eggs after 25 minutes with a ladle, tongs or slotted spoon.
- Remove the eggs and submerge in a cold water bath until cool enough to touch. Place back in carton and refrigerate until needed or peel and prepare your favorite recipe.
