Ingredients for 2
1 x Cauliflower (largest you can get)
Your favourite spice mix
Lemon Juice
Veg oil
Salt & Pepper
Directions

Step 1
Take off the Cauliflower leaves.

Cut into 1” steaks. You’ll get 2-3 out of a Cauliflower but I cut it all up so you have smaller steaks as well.

Lemon juice and Oil the cauliflowers. Then season with salt, pepper and your favourite spices.

Vac pac the steaks.

Step 5
Place into sues vide and cook at 185 C for 1 hour.

Finishing Steps

Step 0
Once cooked. Take out the bag and place on the BBQ.

Step 1
Baste with bbq sauce and cook for 2-5 mins on each side. Basting both sides.
