Sues vide no fail BBQ Cauliflower steaks. Perfectly cooked before you char them up on the BBQ or Oven. I do these exactly the same as I do my ribs with the spicing. And baste with bbq sauce on each side once on the BBQ.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Take off the Cauliflower leaves.
  2. Cut into 1” steaks. You’ll get 2-3 out of a Cauliflower but I cut it all up so you have smaller steaks as well.
  3. Lemon juice and Oil the cauliflowers. Then season with salt, pepper and your favourite spices.
  4. Vac pac the steaks.
  5. Place into sues vide and cook at 185 C for 1 hour.

Finishing Steps

  1. Once cooked. Take out the bag and place on the BBQ.
  2. Baste with bbq sauce and cook for 2-5 mins on each side. Basting both sides.
  3. Enjoy x
