GingerRookes Nashvegas Cauliflower Steaks
Sues vide no fail BBQ Cauliflower steaks. Perfectly cooked before you char them up on the BBQ or Oven.
I do these exactly the same as I do my ribs with the spicing. And baste with bbq sauce on each side once on the BBQ.

Ingredients
- 1 x Cauliflower (largest you can get)
- Your favourite spice mix
- Lemon Juice
- Veg oil
- Salt & Pepper
Directions
- Take off the Cauliflower leaves.
- Cut into 1” steaks. You’ll get 2-3 out of a Cauliflower but I cut it all up so you have smaller steaks as well.
- Lemon juice and Oil the cauliflowers. Then season with salt, pepper and your favourite spices.
- Vac pac the steaks.
- Place into sues vide and cook at 185 C for 1 hour.
Finishing Steps
- Once cooked. Take out the bag and place on the BBQ.
- Baste with bbq sauce and cook for 2-5 mins on each side. Basting both sides.
