Ingredients for 0

  • 2 - 6oz or 170g tuna steaks

  • Zest 1/2 lemon

  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

  • 1 fresh bay leaf

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

  • Step 1

    Season tuna with salt and pepper. Chill for 1/2 hour.

  • Step 2

    Add tuna and other ingredient to ziploc bag.

  • Step 3

    Sous vide at 110F or 43.3C for 30 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Leave to rest in bag for 5 minutes.

  • Step 5

    Chill and slice to serve, discarding garlic and bay leaf.
