Garlic Lemon Tuna Steaks
Yellow fin tuna steaks seasoned with sea salt, pepper, lemon zest, crushed garlic and bay leaf. Cooked till just slightly firmed.

Ingredients
- 2 - 6oz or 170g tuna steaks
- Zest 1/2 lemon
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 fresh bay leaf
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
- Season tuna with salt and pepper. Chill for 1/2 hour.
- Add tuna and other ingredient to ziploc bag.
- Sous vide at 110F or 43.3C for 30 minutes.
- Leave to rest in bag for 5 minutes.
- Chill and slice to serve, discarding garlic and bay leaf.
