Fried Pork Chops
I began my journey into Sous Vide cooking when I received an Anova for my birthday. Have gone on to start my own SV Instagram and blog. @jbsousvide I love experimenting and trying/sharing new recipes with everyone.
Ingredients for 2
Pork Loin Chops
Panko Break Crumbs (seasoned)
Generously salt your Pork Chops
Bag your chops
Set your Anova To 140 degrees F / 60 degrees C and cook for 2 hrs.
If using a shallow pan, cut your chops to size
Set up Flour, egg, and Panko bread crumbs into stations.
Dredge Chops In flour then egg and finally bread crumbs till covered.
Heat 1/2” of oil in a cast iron skillet
Fry Chops in oil until golden brown
