Temperature : 140F / 60C

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Generously salt your Pork Chops
  2. Bag your chops
  3. Set your Anova To 140 degrees F / 60 degrees C and cook for 2 hrs.

Finishing Steps

  1. If using a shallow pan, cut your chops to size
  2. Set up Flour, egg, and Panko bread crumbs into stations.
  3. Dredge Chops In flour then egg and finally bread crumbs till covered.
  4. Heat 1/2” of oil in a cast iron skillet
  5. Fry Chops in oil until golden brown
  6. Enjoy
