Ingredients
- Pork Loin Chops
- Salt
- Flour
- Egg
- Panko Break Crumbs (seasoned)
- Canola Oil
Directions
- Generously salt your Pork Chops
- Bag your chops
- Set your Anova To 140 degrees F / 60 degrees C and cook for 2 hrs.
Finishing Steps
- If using a shallow pan, cut your chops to size
- Set up Flour, egg, and Panko bread crumbs into stations.
- Dredge Chops In flour then egg and finally bread crumbs till covered.
- Heat 1/2” of oil in a cast iron skillet
- Fry Chops in oil until golden brown
- Enjoy
