Ingredients for 4
900g short cut pork ribs
1 packet Noh’s char siu seasonings
Directions

Step 1
Put ribs in ziploc bag. Sprinkle in seasonings. Rub well to coat. Refrigerate for 24 hours.

Step 2
Sous vide 4 hours at 165F.

Step 3
Plunge in cold water. Refrigerate until ready to roast.

Step 4
Preheat oven to 400F. Drain and roast pork ribs for 20-30 minutes or until crusty brown and hot through.
