  1. Put ribs in ziploc bag. Sprinkle in seasonings. Rub well to coat. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
  2. Sous vide 4 hours at 165F.
  3. Plunge in cold water. Refrigerate until ready to roast.
  4. Preheat oven to 400F. Drain and roast pork ribs for 20-30 minutes or until crusty brown and hot through.
