Fresh carrots cut into even sized sticks about 4-5 carrots
Butter 2-3 tblsp
Kosher salt about 1/2 tsp
Olive oil drizzle
Brown sugar 2 tsp

Step 1
Peel, cut and vacuum seal the carrots with the ingredients sous vide for 1 hour at 190 F

Step 2
After the 1 hour transfer the contents to a small sheet pan and pop into a 350 F oven for about 20-30 minutes.
