Ingredients for 4

  • Fresh carrots cut into even sized sticks about 4-5 carrots

  • Butter 2-3 tblsp

  • Kosher salt about 1/2 tsp

  • Olive oil drizzle

  • Brown sugar 2 tsp

Directions

  • Step 1

    Peel, cut and vacuum seal the carrots with the ingredients sous vide for 1 hour at 190 F

  • Step 2

    After the 1 hour transfer the contents to a small sheet pan and pop into a 350 F oven for about 20-30 minutes.

  • Step 3

    Enjoy.
