Ingredients
- Fresh carrots cut into even sized sticks about 4-5 carrots
- Butter 2-3 tblsp
- Kosher salt about 1/2 tsp
- Olive oil drizzle
- Brown sugar 2 tsp
Directions
- Peel, cut and vacuum seal the carrots with the ingredients sous vide for 1 hour at 190 F
- After the 1 hour transfer the contents to a small sheet pan and pop into a 350 F oven for about 20-30 minutes.
