    Sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper

  • Step 3

    Place in a bag, disperse air and seal.

  • Step 4

    Submerge in the water bath for 2 hours.

      Remove from bag.

      Finish is a hot grill pan for a couple a minutes on each side, if you want the markings.
