Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 149.0ºF / 65.0ºC.
  2. Sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper
  3. Place in a bag, disperse air and seal.
  4. Submerge in the water bath for 2 hours.

Finishing Steps

  1. Remove from bag.
  2. Finish is a hot grill pan for a couple a minutes on each side, if you want the markings.
  3. Chop or shred for salads.
