Ingredients
- Organic chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
- A little olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 149.0ºF / 65.0ºC.
- Sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper
- Place in a bag, disperse air and seal.
- Submerge in the water bath for 2 hours.
Finishing Steps
- Remove from bag.
- Finish is a hot grill pan for a couple a minutes on each side, if you want the markings.
- Chop or shred for salads.
