Ingredients for 2

  • 1/2 Kg Beef Strips

  • 2 Whole White Onion (slice the onion widthwise)

  • Soy sauce (1/2 cup)

  • Kalamnsi Juice (1/4 cup)

  • 10 pcs whole and 2 tsp ground black peppers

  • Spring Onions (optional)

  • 2 tsp of flour

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 51.1ºC / 124.0ºF

  • Step 2

    Set aside the sauce

  • Step 3

    Stir fry the Beef Strips for 90 secs and set aside

  • Step 4

    Fry the onions until it caramelised

  • Step 5

    Heat the sauce in a pan and add the flour to thicken
