  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 51.1ºC / 124.0ºF
  2. Set aside the sauce
  3. Stir fry the Beef Strips for 90 secs and set aside
  4. Fry the onions until it caramelised
  5. Heat the sauce in a pan and add the flour to thicken
