Ingredients for 6

  • 4 slices bacon

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1 package fresh brussel sprouts

  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 185.0ºF / 85.0ºC.

  • Step 2

    Fry bacon and when crisp, add garlic and cook until aromatic. Do not over cook

  • Step 3

    Cut brussel sprouts in half and add to food saver bag with cooked bacon and garlic-add as much of the bacon grease as you would like for flavor.

  • Step 4

    Add some salt and pepper

  • Step 5

    Place in water bath for 1 hour

    • Step 0

      Remove from water bath. Add to a hot pan with some melted butter and cook until crispy or lightly browned.
