Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 package fresh brussel sprouts
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 185.0ºF / 85.0ºC.
- Fry bacon and when crisp, add garlic and cook until aromatic. Do not over cook
- Cut brussel sprouts in half and add to food saver bag with cooked bacon and garlic-add as much of the bacon grease as you would like for flavor.
- Add some salt and pepper
- Place in water bath for 1 hour
- Remove from water bath. Add to a hot pan with some melted butter and cook until crispy or lightly browned.
