  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 185.0ºF / 85.0ºC.
  2. Fry bacon and when crisp, add garlic and cook until aromatic. Do not over cook
  3. Cut brussel sprouts in half and add to food saver bag with cooked bacon and garlic-add as much of the bacon grease as you would like for flavor.
  4. Add some salt and pepper
  5. Place in water bath for 1 hour

  1. Remove from water bath. Add to a hot pan with some melted butter and cook until crispy or lightly browned.
