Ingredients for 2
1 Baby bok choy was he and quartered
1 carrot cut into 3-4 inches sticks
1 lb green beans
1 inch ginger root thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves minced
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy
Black pepper to taste
1 tsp sesame seeds & 1/2 tbsp butter for finishing
Directions

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 180.0ºF / 82.2ºC.

Place 2 butter knives in a bag (as weights), and add vegetables, soy and oyster sauce, as well as black pepper into bag.

Seal bag and place in sous vide for 40 mins.

Heat 1/2 tbsp oil and sauté 1 tsp of sesame seeds for 30-60 seconds.

Add liquids from bag to pan, and reduce.

When liquids reduce by at least half, add 1/2 tbsp butter.

Place veggies on serving dish. Pour sauce on veggies
