Ingredients for 2

  • 1 Baby bok choy was he and quartered

  • 1 carrot cut into 3-4 inches sticks

  • 1 lb green beans

  • 1 inch ginger root thinly sliced

  • 2 garlic cloves minced

  • 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 tbsp soy

  • Black pepper to taste

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds & 1/2 tbsp butter for finishing

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 180.0ºF / 82.2ºC.

  • Step 2

    Place 2 butter knives in a bag (as weights), and add vegetables, soy and oyster sauce, as well as black pepper into bag.

  • Step 3

    Seal bag and place in sous vide for 40 mins.

    • Step 0

      Heat 1/2 tbsp oil and sauté 1 tsp of sesame seeds for 30-60 seconds.

    • Step 1

      Add liquids from bag to pan, and reduce.

    • Step 2

      When liquids reduce by at least half, add 1/2 tbsp butter.

    • Step 3

      Place veggies on serving dish. Pour sauce on veggies
