  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 180.0ºF / 82.2ºC.
  2. Place 2 butter knives in a bag (as weights), and add vegetables, soy and oyster sauce, as well as black pepper into bag.
  3. Seal bag and place in sous vide for 40 mins.

  1. Heat 1/2 tbsp oil and sauté 1 tsp of sesame seeds for 30-60 seconds.
  2. Add liquids from bag to pan, and reduce.
  3. When liquids reduce by at least half, add 1/2 tbsp butter.
  4. Place veggies on serving dish. Pour sauce on veggies
