Veggies In Ginger Soy Sauce
Carrot, baby bok choy and green Bean’s in salty Asian inspired garlic ginger sauce

Ingredients
- 1 Baby bok choy was he and quartered
- 1 carrot cut into 3-4 inches sticks
- 1 lb green beans
- 1 inch ginger root thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp sesame seeds & 1/2 tbsp butter for finishing
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 180.0ºF / 82.2ºC.
- Place 2 butter knives in a bag (as weights), and add vegetables, soy and oyster sauce, as well as black pepper into bag.
- Seal bag and place in sous vide for 40 mins.
- Heat 1/2 tbsp oil and sauté 1 tsp of sesame seeds for 30-60 seconds.
- Add liquids from bag to pan, and reduce.
- When liquids reduce by at least half, add 1/2 tbsp butter.
- Place veggies on serving dish.
Pour sauce on veggies
