Bramley Apples (4)
Brown Sugar (1 cup)
Cinnamon (1-2 tablespoons)
Crumble mixture (home made or pre-made)
Directions

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 180ºF / 82.2ºC

Peel the apples....

Chop the apples into chunks depending on how you want the finished texture to be. (I opt for small chunks)

Add a cup of brown sugar

Tablespoon (or two) of cinnamon

Step 6
Mix together so apple is fully coated

Bag it up. Vacuum seal. Use the immersion technique to remove air if no vacuum sealing option Submerge in water making sure it sinks.

Wait patiently for 2 hours

Finishing Steps

Heat oven to 200*C

Remove from bath, drain juices from bag. empty apple content into a oven proof dish.

Cook for 20 minutes in the oven. remove when crumble is golden brown and serve with your choice of custard or ice cream.
