  • Butter

  • Mushrooms x2 handfull

  • Bay leaf

Directions

  • Step 1

    Salt, pepper, paprika - rub chicken Garlic pocket - 8 cloves Thyme, bay leaf & Lemon cut both half’s in chicken rear Shallots Red onion cut in 1/4 Mushrooms cut in 1/4 Dollop butter Bay leaf & 3 sage leaf in bag and seal
