- Paprika
- Salt
- Cracked black pepper
- Garlic
- Thyme
- Sage
- Oregano
- Chicken stock
- Chicken gravy powder
- Shallots
- Red onions x2
- Whole chicken 1.5kg
- Butter
- Mushrooms x2 handfull
- Bay leaf
Directions
- Salt, pepper, paprika - rub chicken
Garlic pocket - 8 cloves
Thyme, bay leaf & Lemon cut both half’s in chicken rear
Shallots
Red onion cut in 1/4
Mushrooms cut in 1/4
Dollop butter
Bay leaf & 3 sage leaf
in bag and seal
Finishing Steps
- Finish chicken in oven on high 10min (pat dry and salt before place in oven)
