Ingredients for 4

  • 2 rack of ribs

  • Dry spice rub of your choice

  • 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar

  • 1 cup honey

  • 1/4 cup apple juice

  • BBQ sauce

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 170.0ºF / 76.7ºC.

  • Step 2

    Slice ribs in to serving sizes. Then rub spice mix on to ribs. Put ribs in to bags.

  • Step 3

    Mix brown sugar, honey, and apple juice and pour evenly into bags with ribs.

  • Step 4

    Vacuum seal bags or seal with water technique. Cook in sous vide for 18 hours.

    • Step 0

      Prepare grill. Remove ribs from bags. Grill ribs over hot heat and coat with BBQ sauce until sauce is caramelized.
