Ingredients
- 2 rack of ribs
- Dry spice rub of your choice
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 cup honey
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- BBQ sauce
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 170.0ºF / 76.7ºC.
- Slice ribs in to serving sizes. Then rub spice mix on to ribs. Put ribs in to bags.
- Mix brown sugar, honey, and apple juice and pour evenly into bags with ribs.
- Vacuum seal bags or seal with water technique. Cook in sous vide for 18 hours.
- Prepare grill. Remove ribs from bags. Grill ribs over hot heat and coat with BBQ sauce until sauce is caramelized.
