  • 2 Tablespoons whey

Directions

  • Step 1

    Mix the milk with the whey in a container with lid

  • Step 2

    Put the container in the water bath with 43 degree Celsius and 12 hours

  • Step 3

    Start the anova.

  • Step 4

    Put the yogurt into the fridge at least 4hours.

  • Step 5

    Strain the yogurt with a soup bag or cheese cloth at least 4hours or until the texture you like.
