Ingredients
- 500ml full cream milk
- 2 Tablespoons whey
Directions
- Mix the milk with the whey in a container with lid
- Put the container in the water bath with 43 degree Celsius and 12 hours
- Start the anova.
- Put the yogurt into the fridge at least 4hours.
- Strain the yogurt with a soup bag or cheese cloth at least 4hours or until the texture you like.
