  1. Mix the milk with the whey in a container with lid
  2. Put the container in the water bath with 43 degree Celsius and 12 hours
  3. Start the anova.
  4. Put the yogurt into the fridge at least 4hours.
  5. Strain the yogurt with a soup bag or cheese cloth at least 4hours or until the texture you like.
