Your favorite 6-pack of Wisconsin brats
Your favorite Wisconsin lite beer (9 oz)
1/3 yellow onion sliced into rings
Directions

Step 1
Place brats in vacuum bag (or ziplock by submersion method) with onions. Add about 9 oz of beer and remove air from bag.

Refrigerate overnight if possible, or 3 hours, or not at all.

Sous vide at 150 degrees Fahrenheit for 90 minutes.

Bring charcoal grill to 300-350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Finish brats as usual on grill, turning after 10 minutes to obtain a golden brown color and grill marks.
