Wisconsin Style Beer Brats
Delectable and juicy, these beer brats will have your friends proclaiming you the Sausage King of Chicago at the next tailgate.

Ingredients
- Your favorite 6-pack of Wisconsin brats
- Your favorite Wisconsin lite beer (9 oz)
- 1/3 yellow onion sliced into rings
Directions
- Place brats in vacuum bag (or ziplock by submersion method) with onions. Add about 9 oz of beer and remove air from bag.
- Refrigerate overnight if possible, or 3 hours, or not at all.
- Sous vide at 150 degrees Fahrenheit for 90 minutes.
Finishing Steps
- Bring charcoal grill to 300-350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Finish brats as usual on grill, turning after 10 minutes to obtain a golden brown color and grill marks.
